1. Returns

• Coffee Products: Due to the food-grade nature of our coffee, we cannot accept returns on coffee once it has been delivered, regardless of whether the seal is broken or intact.
• Merchandise/Non-Coffee Items: If you purchased Iristine accessories (mugs, frothers, etc.), these are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives in a condition that isn’t perfect, we will make it right.

• Damaged Items: If your jar arrives broken or leaking, please take a photo and email it to order@iristinecoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong flavor (e.g., you ordered Hazelnut but received Mocha), please do not open the jar. Contact us immediately, and we will send the correct item at no extra cost.

3. Cancellations

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved (for cancellations or damaged goods):

• The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit Card, or Debit Card).
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
• Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds or returns for the following:

• Subjective “taste preference” (e.g., if you simply didn’t like the flavor profile).
• Orders purchased during “Clearance” or “Flash Sales.”
• Items purchased from third-party retailers or physical stores.
