How long will it take to receive my order?

I received a damaged jar. What should I do?

  • We’re sorry about that! Please send a photo of the damaged item and your order number to order@iristinecoffee.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund immediately.

How should I store my Iristine Coffee?

  • To keep the aroma and flavor fresh, store the jar in a cool, dry place. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed after every use to prevent moisture from getting in.
  • Consume within 1 month after opening the jar.

How do I make the perfect cup?

  • Add 1 heaped teaspoon of Iristine Instant Coffee to a mug.
  • Pour in hot (but not boiling) water or milk (approx. 180ml).
  • Add sugar or sweetener if desired, stir, and enjoy!
