Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
• we offer free shipping!

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

• Iristine Enterprises Pvt Ltd is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at order@iristinecoffee.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours.

5. International Shipping

• We currently only ship within India. For bulk international inquiries, please contact our corporate office.
